– In 12:00 build to a heavy single of the following Press Complex: 1 Strict Press + 2 Push Press

– 1st – :45s row/ski (*Aim for 12/15 calories)
– 2nd – :45s Shuttle Runs (Aim is to keep moving)
– 3rd – :45s AB (*Aim for 9/12 calories)
– 4th – Rest
*Aim to work for the full :45s. Increase or decrease the calories accordingly to ensure that.
