Lets get simple today, not much kit required for this one. Just mental strength to get you through the kettlebell swings. Can anyone go unbroken? Remember, mind over matter but don’t underestimate those push ups, they’ll be tougher than you think!

For Time:
50-40-30-20-10 reps of
– Kettlebell Swing @ 16/24kg
*After every set complete 15 Push Ups
*If we are competent at push ups, go for push ups from a 2″ deficit. This being an Rx+

– 1:00 Plank (Elbows)
