Tomorrow is a programmed rest day. However, the gym will open throughout the usual class times and coaches will be on hand to assist. The time can be used to catch up on the weeks WODs so far, which will be up on the whiteboard. Or you could work on some mobility and stretching, do some active recovery or work on some tekkers i.e Kipping and here’s a big hint, Double Unders!! Make good use of this time guys!
