Strength: Back Squat
– 5 sets x 3 reps @ 70% of your 3RM (done 28.6.17)
*If you missed last weeks heavy 3 reps, then use this time to establish a heavy set of 3 reps. Cap at 12:00 to complete the sets.
– 600m Farmers Walk @ x1 KB @ 16/24kg
– 40 Burpees
– 20 Front Squats @ 30/42.5kg
*Alternate KB Farmers Walk every 100m. Try to ensure you keep moving on your burpees and stay unbroken in the front squats.
