– Clean High Pull + Power Clean: In Pairs, take 12:00 to build to a heavy double
*Reps do not need to be touch and go, you can drop the bar and reset. On the clean pull focus on keeping the bar close, a vertical pull and fast elbows in the power clean, sending those hips back and down. Focus here is mechanics, form and technique, NO star fishing.

– 60 calorie row/ski
– 50 Power Cleans @ 30/42.5kg
– 40 Double Unders / 120 Single Unders
