The On Ramp, Group Induction Course is necessary and therefore compulsory and will consist of either a group session of 3x1hr or a private session. Our Induction Course will introduce you to CrossFit through demonstrations, movement and end with a workout (WOD – Workout of the Day)
Each session will be lead by one of our fully qualified coaches, thus ensuring safety and efficiency. The induction has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possess the desire to achieve their goals. All that we ask of you is to bring along a great mentality, positive attitude and an open mind.
By the end of the induction all your fears and apprehensions will be a distant memory and you will be ready for the transition into the classes (WODs)
- Your certificate of completion of your “ON RAMP” is waiting for you!!!
- You must complete ALL “ON RAMP” sessions before advancing to our WODs.
